Once again, there will be a delay in my posting. The day after I returned from my Jeopardy audition (which went quite well, I think) I was knocked on the ground with what I thought was the flu. I went to the doctor yesterday, and apparently it's a sinus infection. I couldn't sit up or do anything on Tuesday, and not much more on Wednesday. Today I'm up because I have to work, and tomorrow I have to go back to school, both of which are going to totally knock me out!
I was hoping that being sick would allow me to catch up on all the movies on my DVR that I need to watch, but I haven't been able to stay awake long enough to get through one! I will have new posts on Now, Voyager and Plan 9 from Outer Space by this weekend.

I hope you get better soon! Drink plenty of fluids, and if you have trouble breathing, try boiling some water and breathing over the steam.

ReplyDeleteI have issues with sinus as well sometimes... it can really sap your strength... glad you went to the doc to get prescription stuff! Because the 'over-the-counter' stuff that works on it can't be on the shelfs (well, where I live, anyway), because it has whatever chemical they use for making Meth in it! So, to keep the 'junkies' or whatever from buying it, you have to give 3 refernces and you next born child in order to get a box of the stuff from behind the counter! Anyway, that is a pet peeve of mine, as you may can tell - sorry!
Good to hear your audition went well! I am sure you will get 'the callback', and proceed to tear it up on there! Just make sure you have your Shakespeare down, and World Capitols!
